WE PROVIDE A 100% NO-RISK QUALITY GUARANTEE on all Precision Printer Services manufactured cartridges. We guarantee that your cartridge is free of defects in material and workmanship and is 100% compatible with the machine for which it was engineered. If you are not satisfied with your Precision Printer Services manufactured cartridge, we encourage you to call Precision Printer Services Customer Service at 800-598-0346.

We pledge to resolve your problem quickly and as efficiently as possible.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

In addition to providing a 100% No-Risk Quality guarantee on your PPS manufactured cartridge, we will cover any costs required to repair your machine should your Precision Printer Services manufactured cartridge be the sole cause of damage.

Seller hereby excludes any and all other representations and warranties, express or implied, and expressly excludes warranties as to the merchantability of these goods or their fitness for any particular purpose. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All goods are shipped upon condition that these terms be accepted by Buyer. If not, Buyer must promptly return the goods and notify Seller in writing. These terms supersede all prior oral or written terms or representations and may be waived or modified only by writing, signed by an officer of Seller.

Subject to certain conditions and limitations set forth in the guarantee provided with each product.

OUR 5-STEP CUSTOMER CARE PROCESS

  1. Customer contacts Precision Printer Services to report a cartridge issue.
  2. A PPS customer service rep determines if the cartridge is defective and warrants replacement. The customer service rep will then assign the customer an RMA # and make arrangements to get the cartridge back to PPS for inspection.
  3. PPS will send out a replacement cartridge at the customer’s request.
  4. A highly trained Quality Control employee will evaluate the cartridge in question.
  5. Upon complete analysis, if the cartridge is deemed to be defective, credit will be applied accordingly.
