Warranty Repair:

PPS is a certified service provider and an authorized business partner of Hewlett Packard and Brother.  This certification applies to laser printers, laser fax systems, multi-function laser print devices, and plotters.  If you have HP or Brother printing equipment that is still under warranty by the manufacturer, PPS can provide you with complete warranty service coverage.

Break Fix:

Due to the reliability of most laser printers, many of our clients chose to have us service their printers strictly on a required basis. We are happy to service printers when they fail, or are causing headaches, or when they may simply need a cleaning or preventive maintenance.  We can typically respond to emergency calls within 24 hours.  Our technicians keep a well-rounded inventory of parts with them at all times, enabling us to fix 99% of printer problems on our first response on-site.

Service Contracts:
